Terms of service
Our full terms of service are being finalised and will be published here before general launch. myclients.biz is a practice-management tool: it tracks deadlines and status, and returns are still filed by you on the official government portals.
Client portal subscriptions
A CA firm on myclients.biz can give its clients a client portal login. These terms apply to those logins.
- Plans. Single ₹149, Multi ₹599 (up to 10 businesses) and Multi Max ₹899 (up to 30 businesses) a month, plus 18% GST. The client pays myclients.biz (Dot Biz Business Solutions Pvt Ltd), not the CA firm. Logins are free while online payment is not yet available.
- One firm per login. A client login belongs to the CA firm that created it. The firm decides which businesses, return status and documents the client can see, and can change this at any time.
- A paid month runs to its end. If the CA firm turns off a client's login, or the client stops their subscription, renewal stops at once but the login stays open until the end of the month already paid for. The firm can still remove businesses and stop sharing documents straight away. The client is told on their portal and by email when access ends.
- No refunds for part of a month, except as below.
- Mistakes are refunded in full. A payment for the wrong person or a duplicate payment is refunded in full by myclients.biz support.
- Access cut off for good reason. Where access must end at once (for example a dispute, suspected misuse or the wrong person on the login), the CA firm asks myclients.biz support, we close the login and refund the unused part of the month pro-rata.
- Changing CA. If a client moves to another CA firm, the old firm's login ends at the end of the paid month and is not renewed. The new firm can give a new login; documents shared by the old firm do not carry over.
- If the CA firm's account ends. If the firm stops using myclients.biz or its account is suspended, its client logins stay open, read-only, until the end of each paid month, and are not renewed.
- CA firm commission. For each month a client pays, the CA firm earns a commission of 10% of that client's plan price (before GST). The firm chooses to set it off against its next myclients.biz bill, or — once online payments are live — to withdraw it. A withdrawal is paid against a commission invoice from the firm: GST is added if the firm is GST-registered, and TDS on commission is deducted as the Income-tax Act requires (currently 2% once the firm's commission in a financial year exceeds ₹20,000), with Form 16A issued. Commission on a paid month stays with the firm, and is reversed if that payment is refunded.
